For insurance condition and valuation we prepare the necessary reports for presentation to your insurance company.
We act as independent surveyors for underwriters when damage has occurred.
- MCA Coding
As members of the IIMS we are able to carry out MCA compliance surveys and tonnage surveys.
- ENGINEERING SERVICES
We are able to contract and oversee repairs on your behalf; prepare specifications, request quotations and supervise the work.
We prepare spreadsheets of all the costs and update these during the work process.
Interim reports are sent keeping the client informed of progress.
All purchase orders are issued on behalf of the Owner and payment is made directly by the Owner to the contractor.
